Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase made through Food Over Medicine. This policy explains when refunds may be granted.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You are unable to access the content due to a technical issue
- A payment processing error occurred
2. Consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments are non-refundable.
3. Courses
Refunds may be requested within 14 days only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
