Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- ½ red onion, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt + pepper
Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a bowl.
- Add chickpeas, red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and enjoy immediately.
