Avocado Chickpea Salad (Test EN)

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt + pepper

Instructions
